Start Small engages each client iin an ongoing conversation to analyze her needs, values, intentions, strengths, challenges, objectives and support systems and to connect her with, and advocate for her in acquiring, the appropriate resources, supports and benefits. We recognize that there is frequently a big leap from knowing what to do in principle and actually making it happen in daily life. Our Case Manager empowers our clients to turn their aspirations into meaningful actions and develop and stick to concrete future-oriented plans.
