The award recognizes women entrepreneurs whose businesses enrich their communities, and the people who help them get there. DaSilva was honored at the Foundation's Annual Neighborhood Dinner.
The recognition reflects the entrepreneurs at the center of our work: the overwhelming majority of the business owners we support are women, and most are women of color.
