In this webinar we will provide an overview of U.S. intellectual property (IP) and other proprietary rights, and explain how such rights are created, owned, protected, licensed, and used. We will then devote most of the presentation on YOUR use of others' IP -- how and under what circumstances small businesses can use third-party content, brands, logos, and other materials in connection with their business activities with the ultimate goal of helping you avoid receiving a dreaded (and potentially expensive!) cease and desist letter.
