Join us for a virtual webinar about navigating the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) as a small business, produced by attorneys from Goodwin Procter LLP in conjunction with the Lawyers for Civil Rights. In the session, we will go over whether the CTA applies to your business as well as how to comply with the CTA and remain in compliance in the future. This event will be part of a regular series of workshops centered on helping small businesses navigate the CTA. There will be a time for Q&A during the event.
