The discussion will cover the following topics and more: how to negotiate and enter into contracts; a review of common legal provisions, including noncompete and non-disclosure clauses; the responsibilities, roles, and obligations of each of the parties; suggestions for successful management of contracts; and contract breach and enforcement.
