Providing access to market opportunities. Our mission is to provide services to the entrepreneurs facing the highest barriers to entry to the food industry. Qualified businesses that become a part of our incubator program are given the opportunity to strengthen their entrepreneurial skillset in preparation for launching their food businesses through a variety of workshops. La Cocina brings in outside facilitators to share their expertise on a diverse range of topics. Whether you’re in our program or not, we welcome you to join us.

Our program provides you with affordable kitchen space, support in getting the right permits, opportunities to sell and grow your business, resources like graphic design, food photography, legal advice and business consulting to realize your dream.
