Creditworthy small, minority-owned or women-owned businesses in New Jersey that have been in operation for at least one full year and may not have the ability to get bank financing may be eligible for assistance under the Small Business Fund (up to $500,000).

Grant amounts up to $2,500 for Minority or Women-Owned Enterprises

Contract Financing, Construction Contract Financing, and Transformative Development Initiative loans for women, minority, or veteran owned businesses

A qualifying small business may apply for a four percent term loan for up to $25,000. This $1.5 million program will be initially allocated to minority-owned and women-owned small businesses based in New Haven and to minority-owned and women-owned businesses located in the Valley.

Assists women, low income, veteran, minority entrepreneurs and other small businesses in need of financing and/or technical assistance. Term loan up to $50,000
