Women's Loan Fund. The EWI women’s small business fund is available to women entrepreneurs through the Latino economic Development center and supported by the Tory Burch Foundation and Bank of America. It provides 0% interest and $0 fees up to $2,500 and subsidized interest rate for loans above $2,500.
Entrepreneur Support Services (ESS). Year-round personalized business assistance, workshops, and referrals available for over 400 EWI students, alumni, and community entrepreneurs. Targeted support, along with opportunities to access markets and capital, allows women to overcome barriers to personal and professional growth.
Grow My Business (GMB). A business acceleration-training program designed to equip women for growth in new and existing microenterprises. Training in business plan implementation, development and strategy paired with expert coaching and peer support. Classes of 10-15 meet twice monthly for six months each year.
Entrepreneur Training for Success (ETS). An intensive three month, 60-hour course for women ready to learn what it takes to become an entrepreneur and bring their business ideas to life. Classes of 10-15 women meet twice weekly for three months. Offered in Fall and Spring in three locations.

LEDC Small Business Advice. Do you have a business idea but don't know where to start? Are you currently operating and thinking about expanding? LEDC's team of business experts can provide you with one-on-one advice and training to help you manage and grow your business.
InBusiness advisors provide training workshops and one-on-one coaching. They help launch new enterprises and support existing businesses with business planning, financial projections, and marketing support among others.
Technical Assistance Program. The Small Business Technical Assistance Program at GWHCC allows experienced consultants and business owners to provide one-on-one counseling to help small businesses improve processes, sales, and strategies necessary to move their businesses forward. This is a 1-on-1 program where business owners work with one consultant & meet at least once a month for the year.
The DC Bar Pro Bono Center's Small Business Legal Assistance Program conducts trainings in conjunction with small business counseling centers, government agencies and law firms in order to educate small businesses on important legal issues. Topics include employment law, government contracts, commercial leases and other legal issues.
