Ascend.Her is a Wacif Capital Accelerator program designed to serve women of color entrepreneurs through a holistic, multi-week program.
The Enterprising Women of Color District, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) Business Center (Center) fosters and supports a small business ecosystem for women of color in the National Capital Region. The Center offers a plethora of business services including financial capital, business advisory services, and networking support. EWOC offers direct funding fit for the entrepreneur’s individual needs & goals, from microloans to emergency funding and financing options. They provide free, individualized consulting services to help NEW and existing business owners develop and grow their business.

Benji Pow has 10 years of experience in different hair coloring and care techniques . To work in one of San Francisco’s top salons was his goal. By good fortune and hard-work he is the new owner of one of the best high end hair salon as of August 2019. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, he brings Aloha to the Bay Area’s beauty community with pristine haircuts and hair color for all genders. Benji is seeking HR guidance to navigate his employee management.
