The BPAP program helps to preserve DC’s culturally vital small businesses and avoid displacement as neighborhoods gentrify across the District. BPAP explores innovative strategies through piloting projects to develop replicable solutions to rapidly gentrifying urban neighborhoods across the country (i.e. landlord-tenant mediation; mixed use developments, etc).
