County of Riverside Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant Program

The Riverside County Office of Economic Development is pleased to announce that microbusinesses negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with specified criteria, may apply for a $2,500 grant.

The intent of the Riverside County Microbusiness COVID-19 Relief Grant Program is to provide relief to the hardest to reach microbusinesses and entrepreneurs located throughout the county.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for qualifying microbusinesses. Applicants will be notified within 14 business days from point of application submittal as to approval status. Awardees will receive funding once the County of Riverside receives funding from the California Office of the Small Business Advocate which is expected no later than early April 2022.

Eligible Uses of Funds Include: Payroll/Employee Retention, Working Capital

DC BizCAP – Collateral Support Program (CSP)

Provides capital to District small businesses and entrepreneurs who continue to encounter reductions in the availability of credit and heightened requirements to obtain financing. Provides funds for deposit with participating lender to provide necessary collateral to cover the borrower’s collateral shortfall. Maximum of 50% of commercial loan up to $1 million.

Provides capital to District small businesses and entrepreneurs who continue to encounter reductions in the availability of credit and heightened requirements to obtain financing. Provides capital mainly to startups, emerging companies. Maximum of 50% of investment up to $500,000.
