Bagels and Brussels

Naihomy offers a unique wellness program for Latinx/Hispanic women in her community. The goal is to make a sustainable, healthy, and delicious lifestyle shift to be able to make the most mindful food and drink choices in any situation you find yourself in. She provides support and encouragement along the way, and is living proof that this lifestyle works, one she has sustained for the past five years since the birth of her second son.
