There are many natural products available for adults, but not for children. Since developing her plant-based vegan product, she has received very positive feedback, and people are excited to find alternative products that don't use harsh and unknown ingredients.

Merlon created her fresh-squeezed juice and baked goods business during the Pandemic to bring the ideas of health and comfort together. During a time when people were worried and stressed, Merlon wanted to bring an element of happiness to her customers' lives. She started making pound cakes from her mother's recipe for friends and family and a business was born. All juices and baked goods are handcrafted and are made from all-natural ingredients without any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Her specialty is freshly squeezed lemonade and limeade.

Lerissa owns a thought-leadership business and consulting firm for emerging entrepreneurs looking for connections and resources to be successful. She hopes to eliminate the barriers to success that most entrepreneurs face, and offers 1-1 consultations to build client's leadership skills. Lerissa is hoping to grow her business while still having enough time to dedicate to her career, and develop community leadership skills.

Nigella began mixing and selling herbal teas in 2019, and began to grow a following of friends, family, and coworkers who loved her teas and encouraged her to start her own business. She currently sells 14 blends which are available online. She puts special care into her teas, making them in small batches to maintain flavor consistency, and only buying organic products from ethical sources.

Carolynne works with small and midsize businesses, primarily home care agencies, nursing homes, and hospice facilities, to eliminate compliance issues and costly workplace errors. Carolynne has decades of experience working in the compliance industry, and she utilizes her knowledge to provide excellent service and education to her clients across the U.S. Providing Compliance, Audits, Risk Management, DE&I, HR policies, and more, Carolynne ensures that businesses are operating in accordance with state, federal and county laws.

Sylvia was the first woman touring manager to work with artists performing in large venues, and has been in the industry for many years. She works with both big name artists and since the pandemic has expanded to up & coming artists, providing bootcamps and holistic support as they build their careers in the music industry. Her business has really struggled during the pandemic and she is working on rebuilding her clientele and offerings, with the hope of hiring additional support in the future.

Analeah started her business selling smoothies and protein shakes, especially crafted for people who deal with digestive disorders. She is a Registered Nurse with decades of clinical experience, as well as experience teaching nutrition in public schools. At this time, she primarily sells her products on the retail side, but would love to build out her clientele in the medical community as well.

Alicia is the owner of a small business process outsourcing company, where she and her team assists small-large companies with Professional Development, Marketing, Resource Development and Administration. She is looking for assistance with developing her business plan, so she may apply for capital, as well as guidance to improve marketing services.
