InBusiness advisors provide training workshops and one-on-one coaching. They help launch new enterprises and support existing businesses with business planning, financial projections, and marketing support among others.

Technical Assistance Program. The Small Business Technical Assistance Program at GWHCC allows experienced consultants and business owners to provide one-on-one counseling to help small businesses improve processes, sales, and strategies necessary to move their businesses forward. This is a 1-on-1 program where business owners work with one consultant & meet at least once a month for the year.

Black Girl Ventures

BGV Connect. The BGV Connect Incubator is dedicated to the Black Girl Ventures' mission to accelerate 100,000 women to economic advancement via community, education, and leadership. The BGV Connect Incubator is for Black/Brown women-identifying entrepreneurs and business leaders who are innovating and dedicated to leveling up their vision, idea, or business. Perks of membership include peer mentoring, business referrals, funding opportunities, networking opportunities, feedback sesssions, etc.

Black Girl Ventures

BGV NextGen. The BGV NextGen Program was created for the next generation of Black and Brown entrepreneurs in mind attending HBCUs nationally. This experience will create access to capital, capacity, and community for student visionaries ranging from 18 to 24 years old.

Change Agent Fellowship. The Change Agent Fellowship by BGV is a totally unique 9-month leadership skills development program created specifically to expand the capacity of early-stage entrepreneurs and ecosystem builders to strengthen the ecosystems of Black/Brown women founders!

National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC)

NCRC provides loans that customers may use for financing that includes: working capital, inventory, real estate, leasehold improvements, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, vehicles, or purchase of a business or business franchise. The NCRC Community Development Fund’s mission is to work with community partners – and target our capital – to build wealth, and reduce poverty and unemployment, in LMI, Black, and Hispanic communities nationwide.
