Latino Leaders Luncheon
Our Latino Leaders Luncheon is dedicated to honor prominent Leaders in our communities who have made a positive impact on the quality of life and economy for us here on Long Island and surrounding areas. Our theme “Stronger Together” will create opportunities to provide support for each other as we face a new business world that has been left behind due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The New York State SBDC offers free counseling to any New Yorker hoping to start or grow a small business. The SBDC also offers a host of programs designed for specific groups of entrepreneurs or focusing on particular business needs.
The EntreSkills™ team’s primary objective is to facilitate, sponsor, and develop tools, aids, and models of entrepreneurial instruction. The team has developed an online training course in entrepreneurship for New York high schools and colleges. There are also versions available for NY SBDC clients, including a version just for military veterans.
